Our Approach
Our approach is one of being open and honest with both our clients and candidates. We want to be realistic with our clients about the jobs they are looking to fill and we want our candidates to apply for jobs that are right for them. Anything less we feel would be wasting the valuable time and effort of everybody involved in the process.
Our Story
Having previously set up and run Occupational Health teams for some of the biggest recruiters in the OH market place, we felt that with our combined experience, we could learn from the shortcomings of these companies. We aim to create a better environment for our employees and more approachable and efficient OH Sourcing company for our clients and candidates.
Meet the Team
Jason Atherton
Founder & Recruiter
Jason has been involved in recruitment since 2001. After serving as a Royal Marines officer and Helicopter pilot, he set up the Occupational Health division at Key People in 2003. In 2010 he founded Just Recruit Group and Just OH. Now as the one of the founders of OH Sourcing, the aim is the build a company that is run and managed with the growth and development of the staff in mind. Scott Neto
Founder and Recruiter
Scott started his recruitment career in finance in 2001 after completing a degree in Management and Marketing. He then then successfully recruited in Healthcare and Lifesciences from between 2005 and 2010. In 2010 he founded Just Recruit Group and Just OH along with Jason Atherton. After leaving Just OH and Just Recruit Group in 2018 he is one of the founders of OH Sourcing. The aim is the build a company that is run and managed with the growth and development of the staff in mind. With over 10 years experience in Occupational Health and Health and Safety, he operates across the UK and manages clients Globally in both Occupational Health and Lifesciences. Ben Scott
Occupational Health Recruitment Lead
Ben joined OH Sourcing in September 2019 as Occupational Health Recruitment Lead, bringing a wealth of experience with him having already worked in the industry for 9 years. His experience includes recruiting Occupational Health Professionals at all levels on a temporary and permanent basis, UK Wide. Sourcing candidates in the public sector and private sector including major blue chip house hold names and working with a range of Occupational Health Service Providers. Paige Cox
Consultant
Paige joined OH Sourcing in early 2020 from a background in customer services and sales, she specialises in recruiting for a broad range of Occupational Health and Wellbeing jobs. These Include Screening Nurses, Technicians, OH Advisors, Managers and Physicians. She recruits permanent, temporary and fixed-term contract roles. Her experience encompasses both public and private sectors as well as large and small OH Providers nationwide.
